(slow cooker)JAMAICAN CURRY OXTAIL AND BUTTER BEAN RECIPE-------------------------------------
3 lbs oxtails (cut and trimmed)
1 scotch bonnet (optional)
1 large tomato
2 scallions
bell pepper
thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp accent seasoning / all purpose seasoning
3-5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
12 pimento seeds
1 can butter bean
2 tbsp curry powder(as needed)
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup water
1 cup coconut cream

4 HOURS COOKING TIME
